Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled ride time. This allows time for check-in, meeting your horse, and a short safety briefing.

Punctuality:

We kindly ask all clients to arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled ride time. This is essential for the briefing, administrative formalities, and to give you time to connect with your horse.

Please plan accordingly and add 25 to 45 minutes extra for traffic, especially on weekdays due to peak-hour congestion.

No-Show Policy:

In case of a no-show or failure to arrive on time, no refund will be provided.
