Arrival & Welcome

Guests are required to arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled ride time. This allows time for check-in, meeting your horse, and receiving a short safety briefing.

Arena Assessment

Before the ride begins, the guide will assess your riding level in the arena to ensure the experience is adapted to your pace and comfort.

Ride Along the Beach

Begin your peaceful ride along the untouched sands of Riambel Beach, just as the sun starts to set. The warm colors of the sky and the gentle sound of the waves set the tone for a magical experience.

Lagoon Walk

The highlight of the ride includes entering the shallow, calm waters of the lagoon as the sky glows with sunset light.

Return to Starting Point

The ride concludes at the starting location, just as twilight begins. Guests are welcome to take photos to capture the moment.

For those who chose the wine & cheese box, it will be served in a quiet setting after the ride.

Punctuality:

Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled ride time.

We recommend adding 25 to 45 extra minutes for traffic, especially on weekdays during peak hours.

No-Show Policy:

If you do not show up or arrive late, no refund will be provided.

If coming by your own transport, please park responsibly.

Wear long pants and closed shoes. Avoid skirts, shorts, or sandals.

Bring sunscreen, water, and a hat — especially on sunny days.

Avoid heavy meals before the ride to stay comfortable.

Keep your hands free. A small pouch or backpack is ideal for your essentials.
