Beach Ride

Punctuality:

We kindly ask all clients to arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled ride time. This is essential for the briefing, administrative formalities, and to give you time to meet your horse.

Delays can affect the overall experience, and we cannot guarantee the ride will wait for late arrivals.

Please plan accordingly and add 25–45 minutes extra for traffic, especially on weekdays due to peak-hour congestion.

No-Show Policy:

In case of a no-show or failure to arrive on time, no refund will be provided.

Arriving 30 minutes in advance helps ensure a smooth start and rider assessment.

Useful Tip:

If you're coming with your own transport, please park responsibly to avoid disturbing the area.

Wear long pants and closed shoes for your comfort and safety during the ride. Avoid skirts, shorts, or open sandals.

Bring sunscreen, water, and a hat, especially during warmer months.

Apply insect repellent if you're sensitive to bites, especially in the late afternoon.

Avoid heavy meals just before the ride to stay comfortable.

Keep your hands free. A small waist pouch or light backpack is ideal for carrying your phone or essentials.

Always follow the guide’s instructions to ensure your safety and that of the horse.

Inform the guide if you feel nervous or unsure. Your comfort is important.

Stay calm and gentle around the horses. They respond best to soft voices and slow, steady movements.

This is a nature-based outdoor activity. While we strive to begin on time, minor delays may occur due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

The ride is weather-dependent. In case of unsuitable conditions, we may reschedule, propose an alternative date, or offer a full refund.
