My day starts early, often before the sun rises, with a check of the weather and coordination with our boat captain and guides. Preparing for each tour means reviewing bookings, confirming schedules, and making sure every detail is perfect before our guests arrive.
Welcoming Guests and Setting the Tone
When guests arrive, I greet them warmly, assist with check-ins, and answer any last-minute questions. Making visitors feel comfortable and excited is key to setting a positive tone for the day ahead.
Organizing Boarding and Safety Briefings
I then organize the boarding process and provide safety instructions to ensure everyone is ready for departure on time. Safety and comfort are always my top priorities, especially on trips to beautiful yet sometimes challenging locations like Île aux Bénitiers.
