1. Introduction

Welcome to Idyllic Tour Vibes Ltd ("we", "our", "us"). By booking a service with us, you (“the client”, “you”) agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms govern the relationship between Idyllic Tour Vibes Ltd and our clients for all bookings of tours, excursions, and travel-related services in Mauritius.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability. A confirmation will be sent by our team within 24 hours.

In the unlikely event that your chosen activity is unavailable, we will offer an alternative date, a similar activity, or a full refund.

Bookings must be made through our official booking platform, website, or via an authorized representative of Idyllic Tour Vibes Ltd.

For online bookings made through our website, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking. Any errors, omissions, or incorrect details may result in additional charges or the inability to deliver the requested service.

3. Payments

3.1. Accepted Payment Methods

Payments can be made via:
Our secure online payment gateway (Peach Payments) using credit or debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
Bank transfers (available on request for custom/private bookings)
Mobile payments (available locally; subject to approval)

3.2. Website Bookings
Full payment is required at the time of booking for all services reserved via our official website.
No provisional bookings will be held without payment.
You will receive an automated receipt followed by a formal confirmation email once payment is verified.

3.3. Custom or Group Bookings
A 50% deposit may be required at the time of booking for tailor-made itineraries, private group bookings, or corporate events.
The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the tour/service date unless otherwise stated in writing.
Failure to settle the balance on time may result in cancellation of the booking with applicable penalties.

3.4. Currency & Pricing
All prices are quoted in Mauritian Rupees (MUR) unless otherwise specified.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice due to:
Currency fluctuations
Government taxes or levies
Seasonal rate adjustments or third-party supplier changes

3.5. Payment Confirmation
A booking is not confirmed until payment is received, and a confirmation email is sent from Idyllic Tour Vibes Ltd.
If payment fails or is not received within the stipulated time, the booking will be automatically cancelled.

3.6. Late Payments
For customized or invoiced services, late payments may incur a 5% administrative fee for each 7-day delay past the due date.
Services may be suspended or cancelled if full payment is not received before the scheduled date.

3.7. Refund Handling
Any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds typically take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

If you cancel your booking for any reason, your payment will be refunded to your credit card in accordance with the policy below:

30 or more days before the scheduled event: 90% refund
11 to 29 days before the event: 75% refund
4 to 10 days before the event: 50% refund
Less than 3 days before the event: No refund

Please note:
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
No-shows are considered cancellations and are non-refundable.
Refunds are not applicable for partially attended tours or unused services.
If Idyllic Tour Vibes Ltd cancels your booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather conditions, safety concerns, or minimum group requirements not being met, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

5. Late Arrival Policy

Punctuality is essential to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.

5.1. Shared Tours & Group Activities
Guests are expected to arrive at least 10–15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
If you arrive after the tour has commenced, you will be considered a no-show, and no refund or rescheduling will be possible.

5.2. Private Tours or Transfers
For private services, we allow a grace period of up to 10 minutes.
After this period, the driver or guide may leave the location to avoid delays to subsequent bookings.
Any rescheduling or rebooking will be subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

5.3. Client Responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure punctuality and allow sufficient travel time to the departure point, especially during peak traffic hours.
In cases where the delay is caused by factors outside your control (e.g., flight delays), please contact us immediately so we may attempt to assist, where possible.

6. Amendments

We understand that travel plans may sometimes need adjustments. At Idyllic Tour Vibes Ltd, we aim to accommodate reasonable requests to modify confirmed bookings where possible.

6.1. What Qualifies as an Amendment
Amendments may include:
Change of date or time for a booked service
Modification in the number of participants
Request to upgrade or switch to a different tour/activity
Addition or removal of optional services (e.g., transport, meals, private guide)
Adjustment of pick-up/drop-off location

Please note: Any change in service type, package, or group size may affect the overall pricing and availability.

6.2. Amendment Conditions
All amendment requests must be submitted in writing via email (booking@idyllictourvibes.com)
Requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date.
Requests made within 48 hours will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Amendments are subject to availability and confirmation by Idyllic Tour Vibes Ltd.

7. Liability & Responsibility

At Idyllic Tour Vibes Ltd, we are committed to delivering safe, memorable, and professionally executed experiences. While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure the comfort and safety of our clients, participation in any of our tours, excursions, or services is entirely at your own risk.

7.1. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be held liable for:
Injuries, accidents, illness, loss of life, or medical emergencies occurring during tours or transfers, especially when involving third-party providers or high-risk activities
Delays, losses, or damages arising from the actions or negligence of third-party service providers
Natural events or force majeure
Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the tour
Any consequences of a client’s failure to follow safety instructions

7.2. Client Acknowledgment
By booking with us, clients acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved in participating in outdoor or adventure-based activities and their responsibility for travel insurance.

7.3. Right to Refuse Participation
We reserve the right to refuse participation to individuals under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or those behaving disruptively or dangerously, without refund.

8. Client Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during all tours, activities, and interactions facilitated by Idyllic Tour Vibes Ltd.

8.1. Expected Behaviour
Treat guides, staff, and fellow guests with respect and courtesy.
Follow instructions and safety guidelines.
Respect local customs, cultural sites, and the natural environment.

8.2. Alcohol & Substance Policy
Consumption of alcohol is permitted only where explicitly allowed and must be done responsibly.
Clients must not be under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances prior to or during a tour.

8.3. Environmental Responsibility
Avoid littering or damaging natural sites.
Support eco-conscious practices encouraged by guides.

8.4. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to deny service to anyone whose behaviour compromises safety or enjoyment of others.

9. Force Majeure

Idyllic Tour Vibes Ltd shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, political unrest, or similar circumstances.

We will notify affected clients as soon as possible, offer alternatives where possible, and work with third-party providers to minimize disruptions.
Clients acknowledge that refunds or rescheduling depend on third-party availability and may not always be guaranteed.

10. Intellectual Property

All content created and published by Idyllic Tour Vibes Ltd is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

10.1. Ownership
All intellectual property rights remain the property of Idyllic Tour Vibes Ltd.

10.2. Use of Materials
Clients may view or print content for personal, non-commercial use only.
No part of our materials may be copied, modified, or distributed without written permission.

10.3. Trademarks & Branding
The Idyllic Tour Vibes name, logo, and slogans are trademarks of Idyllic Tour Vibes Ltd.

10.4. Content Credits
Third-party imagery or music used in marketing are properly licensed.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius.
Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mauritian courts.
If any provision is found invalid, all others remain enforceable.

By booking with Idyllic Tour Vibes, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms.
