4. Cancellations and Refunds

- 30+ days before departure: 90% refund
- 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund
- 7-14 days before departure: 25% refund
- Less than 7 days before departure: No refund
4.2 Cancellation by Company
- We reserve the right to cancel tours due to insufficient participants or force majeure
- Full refund will be provided for company-initiated cancellations
- We are not responsible for additional expenses incurred by customers
5. Travel Insurance
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended
- Customers are responsible for obtaining their own travel insurance
- We are not liable for any losses that would have been covered by travel insurance
